(LA Trend) — Enjoy the flavors of Long Beach thanks to the annual Dine Out Long Beach, Restaurant & Cocktail Week, ending April 15th. Restaurants have been some of the hardest-hit establishments during the last year and even though restrictions are easing across the state, eateries and bars still need your support. Dine out and support small businesses in Long Beach.

It couldn’t be easier to participate, choose from takeout or outdoor dining options at over 30 participating restaurants and bars. Just ask for the Dine Out Long Beach menu to score access to limited edition or off-menu items at your favorite establishments. Don’t forget to order an Imaginary Item for $3 which equates to a $3 donation to the nonprofit, Restaurants Care.

Sip on a signature Absolut Elix Orange Blossom Martini at The Hideaway by Chef Art Gonzalez. For $35 choose from Sticky Tangerine Short Ribs with scallions and sesame seeds; a flat-iron steak with microgreens and chimichurri; burnt Basque Cheesecake with passionfruit and rhubarb curd for dessert.

For an upscale dinner, visit The Carvery on the corner of Pine Avenue and Broadway. Sip on a Daou Cabernet, Davis Bynum Sauvignon Blanc, or Davis Bynum Pinot Noir, which will pair beautifully with The Carvery’s prix-fixe menu.

Choose from Spinach & Artichoke dip; Avocado and Grilled Street Corn Crostini; or Brussels Sprouts with Tahini to start. Your second course is your choice of salad: Southwest Caesar; Strawberry and Spinach; or Chopped Wedge. Choose from a slow-roasted prime rib, pan-seared halibut, or juicy pork chop for your main course.

Visit Remix Kitchen & Bar for a three-course meal that will satisfy your dinner cravings. For $40, choose from an appetizer like Albacore tostada, braised pork cigar, or roasted Brussel sprouts with Korean chili. Your second course could be a Soft Egg Raviolo or Pork Cheek Adobo. Choose from Scottish Salmon with polenta, corn, peas, pea tendrils, Italian salsa verde;

Pork Chop Frites marinated and grilled, house fries, green peppercorn sauce; or

Shrimp & Bone Marrow Arrabiata with penne, Calabrian chili tomato sauce, basil, parmesan.
