Strengthen Your Mind and Body with Free Online Yoga Classes

(LA Trend) — Now you can boost your well-being and achieve inner peace without leaving your home or paying for expensive classes.

Hosted by Kadisha Aburub, MixPose is an online livestream platform devoted specifically to yoga and fitness classes. This unique approach to teaching yoga features AI pose-tracking technology that gives feedback to instructors and users alike, resulting in a more interactive and customized virtual yoga experience. This class is perfect for beginning yogis and seasoned masters and is held every week.

As we are still in the midst of a pandemic, personal health and mental wellness are more important than ever. And considering many gyms and fitness clubs are still closed or offering only limited access, Kadisha Aburub’s free online yoga class is the perfect opportunity for anyone to unwind—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Those who take this class are in good hands; Kadisha has been practicing yoga for around four years now, and was certified RYT200 at Long Beach School of Yoga. She specializes in yin and hatha yoga, and is dedicated to creating an environment that focuses yoga students on the here and now.

These hour-long classes are held every Saturday from 5pm to 6pm, and every Tuesday from 8am to 9pm.
